History:
Komaj Saba Food Industries Complex was established under name of Khotka under Registration No. 899 on 14 May 1995 and took action regarding construction of storage room and preparation for entrance of biscuit machinery and established its biscuit production line with 25 personnel including simple worker , machinery technical personnel, and quality control personnel with daily capacity of 8 tons and is aiming at passing legal stages sand received all legal licenses including health and industries construction licenses and standard mark and for production. It continues production in biscuit production phase by purchase of modern foreign and local lines and by employment of specialized and experienced personnel with variety of 14 biscuits and 140 personnel.
In 2002, it took action regarding purchase of machinery and construction and mobilization of storage room for production of all kinds of macaroni with more than 25 personnel. It continued its activity by employment of more than 25 personnel including production manager, machinery technical personnel and quality control ad simple worker after receiving legal license.
In 2003, it took action regarding purchase of wafer production lines and started its activity at first with 20 personnel and it is producing with two working shifts and 50 personnel and with variety of 10 products.
In late 1382(2004), it started to produce chocolate after purchasing chocolate production line and with 10 personnel and could have produced more than 30 types of chocolate with 150 personnel.
In 2004, it took action regarding construction and mobilization of saloon and purchase of lines form production of cake and cookie.
Due to increase in production lines inside the complex, this complex established Shekar Shekan Company in 2004 for production of barley water and all kinds of cake and cake production unit continues production with specialized and experienced personnel and barley water production lines are being commissioned.
Candy production unit was commissioned in 2006 by exploitation of two production lines for candy and fruit and milk lollipops, simple or kernelled and pastille, caramel , chocolate and chewing gum with kernel have created the second flavor for the products.
Two flavors and two colors in a similar form indicate ability of our lines and specialists in one product.
This unit is able to produce all kinds of toffees and kernelled chewing gums.
It is necessary to note that this complex established two plants in 2004for expediting and facilitating and especially promoting quality of stock material as follows:
1- Saba Health and Packaging Industries Complex by production of all kinds of carton in the first phase
2- Saba Plastic Company which continues its activity in the field of production of disposable and crystal dishes.
